Carrie Williams-Howe -- Interim President

Carrie brings the most experience to our board in the world of non-profits, service-learning, and higher education. She has a masters in higher education and is currently in persuit of her doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Vermont.

Patrick Scheld -- Co-Founder, Assistant Director*

Joe Gaetani -- Media Director

Joe, founder of Rightside Productions, is a Digital Media Producer. He runs a succesful business of his own with clients such as Burton, Motorolla, DC Shoes, Green Mountain Coffee, and Cabot Cheese.

Jim Cusack -- Board Member, CPA

Jim has been an invaluable resource in the creation of our organization. His knowledge surrounding accounting and related activities will continue to be a huge asset for Step Outside.

Conor Fritz -- Board Member

Conor is the acting Assistant Director of Admissions for St. Michaels college. His connection to the college community brings a unique perspective and knowledge base to Step Outside that will be a huge resource as we continue to develop our programs.

Steve Theoharides -- Board Member

Steve brings a great deal of experience in service and world travel. He recently returned from 18 months in Thailand where he taught english and traveled throughout the south pacific. His intelligent and thoughtful perspective is a welcomed addition to The Step Outsdie Initiative.

Jeff Wall -- Board Member

Jeff Wall; for those of you who know Jeff... enough said. Jeff brings an energy to Step Outside that we can't wait to put to better use. He has a great deal of experience in travel and adventure, and his creativity will only help Step Outside stay fresh and ahead of the game.
